Shipping Policy

Next Day Delivery

We offer £5 next day delivery on all orders placed on our website. This option is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day. Please note that this delivery option is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Free Next Day Delivery

We also offer free next day delivery on all orders over £60. This option is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day. Please note that this delivery option is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Local Delivery

For customers located within 10 miles of our store at 41 Hutton Close, Crowther Industrial Estate, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 0AH, we offer a local delivery service. This service is available for a flat rate of £5 and will be delivered within 2 business days of placing your order. Please note that this delivery option is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Local Collection

For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer free local collection in store. Simply select the "Local Collection" option at checkout, and your order will be ready for pickup within 2 business days. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of ID when picking up your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our company offers a 30-day return policy for all unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with a returns label, at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be incurred by our company. However, we do ask that you ensure the items are properly packaged to prevent any damages during transit.
All products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
